Insights from the Medical Wellness Roundtable with Dr. Cole, Dr. Mikovits, and Dr. Karlfeldt
A recent Medical Wellness Roundtable I hosted brought together experts Dr. Ryan Cole, Dr. Judy Mikovits, and Dr. Michael Karlfeldt to tackle the issue of pharmaceutical narratives running our lives. These highly experienced doctors dug into the myths surrounding bird flu, they took a hard look at mRNA “vaccines,” and they emphasized the benefits and power of natural immunity. And the best part for us? They shared practical steps anyone can take to reclaim their health.
WATCH / LISTEN HERE:
Unpacking the Hype Around Bird Flu
Have you noticed that every time bird flu, or H5N1, makes the news, it’s always, “Brace yourselves! A global catastrophe is coming!”? Dr. Judy Mikovits shattered this fear-driven narrative by pointing out, “H5N1, the virus sequence, is not a disease until you dysregulate your immune system.” She explained that most people lack the receptors necessary for bird flu to cause illness.
Dr. Cole added to this, saying, “You could swim in the ocean and swallow five million whale viruses and not get sick.” His point? Exposure doesn’t equal infection.
The panel also voiced serious concerns about gain-of-function research—experiments that make viruses more transmissible or dangerous. Dr. Cole put it bluntly: “This has no good purpose.” The doctors agreed that these studies, often linked to government-funded labs, do little more than stoke public fears.
Despite the dramatic headlines we see these days, the takeaway from this Roundtable was clear: bird flu is a manufactured crisis.
Dr. Cole pointed out that since 1997, fewer than 1,000 human cases have been reported worldwide. Dr. Mikovits called it what it is: “Hype.” She said, “We’re being conditioned to fear these viruses as a pretext for unnecessary medical interventions.”
How Media Fuels Fear
In case you haven’t figured it out yet, people in the media are professionals at spreading fear. And, as the panel noted, “Fear spreads faster than any virus.” So with Big Pharma being one of the media’s biggest sources of advertising revenue, media companies have a financial incentive to push unnecessary medications.
Dr. Cole also pointed out that those in the media often fail to differentiate between dying “with” a virus versus dying “from” it. It’s a pattern we saw during the COVID-19 pandemic, where early death rates were wildly inflated. “They’ve done this before,” he said.
The media’s goal? Stoke panic and drive compliance.
The panel’s consensus? Media-driven fear accomplishes two things.
It practically ensures public compliance
It creates a booming market for pharmaceutical products
Vaccines and Natural Immunity
The conversation then shifted to vaccines, with the panel critiquing their safety and effectiveness. Dr. Cole raised a red flag about mRNA vaccines for bird flu, saying, “For a virus that doesn’t even transmit among humans, this is entirely unnecessary.” He also highlighted the risks of lipid nanoparticles used in the mRNA vaccines.
Discussion also occurred around a troubling observation from within the medical industrial complex: “The products tested during trials often differ from what’s ultimately given to the public.” The doctors agreed that this is and was unethical, and that the bait-and-switch not only erodes trust, it compromises safety.
The panel added that “vaccination is not immunization.” Dr. Karlfeldt explained, “Vaccines focus the immune system on past threats, but natural immunity is dynamic, adapting in real-time to current exposures.”
Practical Steps to Wellness
With that, the panel moved to discussing how supporting your body’s innate defenses through lifestyle and nutrition is the real path to health. Here is some actionable advice the panel shared:
1. Prioritize Whole Foods
Dr. Karlfeldt urged people to ditch processed foods like white flour and sugar. Instead, opt for nutrient-dense options like greens, spirulina, and chlorella. “Eat the rainbow,” he said. “Each color offers unique phytonutrients to strengthen your body.”
2. Support Detoxification
Detoxing is crucial, especially during weight loss when toxins are released into the bloodstream. Milk thistle, burdock, and horsetail were recommended for liver, blood, and kidney health. Dr. Karlfeldt emphasized, “Your body needs support to safely eliminate toxins.”
3. Get Sunlight and Stay Active
Even in winter, sunlight is vital. Dr. Cole called it “the charger for your cellular batteries,” boosting vitamin D and immune function. Regular outdoor activity and cold exposure can also train your immune system to respond better to challenges.
4. Stay Hydrated
Dr. Cole kept it simple: “Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.” Proper hydration supports detox, energy, and cellular health.
5. Take Time to Release Stress
Stress is a wellness killer. Dr. Cole recommended cultivating a prayerful or meditative mindset to reduce inflammation and promote healing.
6. Balance Nutrients
If you take zinc, pair it with copper to maintain balance. For vitamin C, include bioflavonoids for better absorption. Bee pollen and nutrient-dense powders like Cardio Miracle also earned high praise.
Nature’s Role in Wellness
The panel also touched on other issues, like nutrient depletion in soil and food quality. Dr. Cole decried harmful farming practices, saying, “Healthy soil equals healthy plants, which equals healthy people.”
Supporting local farmers and eating minimally processed foods are small but powerful steps. Dr. Judy is famous for saying, “If the store where you buy your food has a pharmacy, don’t go in it.” Dr. Karlfeldt emphasized the benefits of eating locally: “Food grown in your environment is better suited to your needs.”
Reclaim Your Health
The roundtable ended with a simple call to action: take back control of your health. Dr. Mikovits said it best: “The medical industrial complex thrives on dependency. But we don’t need them to thrive.”
Dr. Cole urged everyone to be proactive: “Don’t ignore symptoms, but don’t live in fear either. Eat well, move often, and support your body’s natural resilience.”
Bottom line, your health is in your hands. Question the narratives, seek truth, and take practical steps to thrive.
